Tammy was great! She addressed all of my wants and needs and really took her time showing and explaining the home purchasing process to me. She displayed a wealth of knowledge of materials used as well as the quality of constructability of each house we went into. She left no stone unturned when do visual inspections. Additionally, she took her times looking at comps for the area to see if the house was priced fairly. This made choosing a home easy. Due to Tammy's dedicated due diligence, attention to detail, knowledge of construction materials, and her research, I trusted that Tammy would never lead me down the wrong path or allow me to make an unwise decision. This was key for me in finding a realtor; someone who would shoot it to me straight, take the time to explain things, even the small details, and her dedication to me finding a home that I desired, this is why I chose Tammy as my realtor. She made the closing process easy, even though I did not. She encouraged me the whole way. I will be using her again the next time I plan to buy another house.

We've gone through other agents in the past and discontinued for lazy communication---text only, automated MLS, blindly sending properties, slow response time in a volatile market.
